Paulo is a “majored Biologist” from the university of Filosofia Ciencias e Letras in Sao Jose do Rio Pardo in Sao Paulo. Paulo joined EVIALIS and SOCIL after leaving university. He has worked in the major prawn and fish producing states in Brazil.

Aquaculture is part of the Ceccarelli family history. His father is a well known expert in the fish pathology field, and Paulo learned all about this from an early age. Every day he continues to learn a little more and especially to pass on this knowledge. In fact, training, passing on methods and information, is an important part of his work. It’s also a pleasure! Paulo believes the most important quality for a good professional is “to love his work”.
“What I like best in my work is the convinction that we are contributing to building an important business for Brazil: bringing results, both for my customers and for the company, and that this activity is economically, socially and environmentally continual. Aquaculture is environmentally friendly if it is done well! It produces a healthy product and helps preserve resouces”.
This is why Paulo continues to travel the roads in Brazil: to meet OCIALIS teams and customers, to run seminars and technical information meetings, and also to talk sales or money with our customers.
